1. Acceptance

By creating a Stellar HMRI account, you agree to these terms on behalf of your hotel or organization.

2. Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly or annually. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before trial end.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use Stellar HMRI to violate law, infringe rights, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

4. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

5. Termination

You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days.
